PRIMEVANTAGE PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who we are

PrimeVantage AI operates primevantage.ai, an AI-powered sales intelligence platform for commercial insurance producers and financial advisors.

2. What data we collect

- Account data: email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text)

- Usage data: briefs generated, signal types, company names researched, timestamps

- Pipeline data: prospect names, deal stages, notes you enter

- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, session data

3. How we use your data

- To provide and improve the PrimeVantage service

- To generate AI-powered prospect briefs via Anthropic's API

- To send account-related emails (password reset, billing)

- To monitor for abuse and ensure platform security

- We never sell your data to third parties

4. Who we share data with

- Anthropic: your brief requests are processed by Claude AI

- Supabase: our database provider stores your account and usage data

- Vercel: our hosting provider processes requests

- No advertising networks. No data brokers. Ever.

5. Data retention

- Account data: retained while your account is active

- Brief logs: retained for 12 months then anonymized

- Deleted accounts: all personal data removed within 30 days

6. Your rights (GDPR)

- Access your data: email privacy@primevantage.ai

- Delete your account: use the Delete Account button in Settings

- Export your data: contact us within 7 days

- Correct inaccurate data: update in Settings or contact us

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication sessions. No advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Security

Industry-standard security including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and role-based access controls.
